此宋代钧窑金牛戏水笔洗，呈浅碗状，线条简洁流畅，外轮廓圆润柔和，富有一种自然的曲线美。笔洗最为出彩之处，当属其独特的釉色。钧窑以 “入窑一色，出窑万彩” 的神奇窑变闻名于世，笔洗外壁釉色以红为主色调，红中又晕染着丝丝紫色，仿佛天边绚烂的云霞，色彩过渡自然且富有层次感。This Golden Ox Playing in Water Brush Washer from the Jun Kiln of the Song Dynasty is shaped like a shallow bowl. Its lines are simple and smooth, with a rounded and gentle outer contour that embodies a natural curvilinear beauty. The most striking feature of this brush washer lies in its unique glaze color. Jun Kiln is world-famous for its magical kiln transformation, a phenomenon described as "one color entering the kiln, ten thousand colors emerging from it." The glaze on the outer wall of the brush washer is mainly red, with faint streaks of purple blending into the red—resembling the magnificent clouds in the sky.
