卢永胜，曾用名:盛羽，1976年8月生于广西五通艺人之家，自幼爱好绘画，个人荣誉：1999年作品《黄山烟云》获全国青年美术展三等奖；2002年作品《泰山日出》获南宁东盟艺术协会美展三等奖；2008年作品《山水情》获庆奥运优秀奖；2013年作品《将军岩之春》获全国双年展三等奖。卢永胜国画山水画具有一定的欣赏性及收藏价值。Lu Yongsheng, formerly known as Sheng Yu, was born in August 1976 at Wutong Artists' Home in Guangxi, and has been fond of painting since childhood.
